  I thought this was an ok place to live, until recently when I got a notice maintenance had to check fire-extinguisher on a Monday. I was home most of day and didn't see them and called office. The office said inspections still going. I was home until 4:15pm Tues, and no-one in sight. The next day weds I called office and was told my apt was done Tues. I found it weird it happens to be done the small amount of time I was gone. Instinct told me to check belongings, and in a packed(to move) storage container of my jewelry, I noticed necklaces were missing, that I had here when I moved in. I haven't had anyone else in my apt but maintenance. Another necklace was broken, as if someone tried to yank it out of packaging too quick. I'm 100% it wasn't broken last time I looked at it. Who knows, maybe someone not from the apt personnel snuck in somehow... I just don't feel secure here now..
