- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the most horrible Fifth Third Branch EVER!!! There never a banker to see, the customer service are rude, & rush you to talk. I'm so unsatisfied with this branch I drive 3-5 minutes away to another branch. I must say that the drive-thru is great... Vanessa is very pleasing & looks in the customer eyes' she amazing!! If I'm not doing drive thru I drive over to Highland & get the respect I need & deserve.By A Google User, September 09, 2017
